**Cake Order Policy**

Thank you for choosing Pinky’s Bakeshop for your cake needs. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both you and our team, please take note of the following policies regarding cake orders:

1. Buttercream and Specialty Cakes: Orders should be placed at least one week in advance to allow us to get your cake ready.

2. Custom Cakes: Orders should be placed at least two weeks in advance to allow us ample time to create your cake with the utmost care and attention to detail. Feel free to discuss your design ideas, flavor preferences, and any special requests with our team. Customization options may vary based on complexity and availability.

3. Deposit: A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your cake order. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards the total cost of your order.

4. Payment: The remaining balance is due upon cake pickup or delivery. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and [insert any other payment methods you accept].

5. Changes and Cancellations: Changes to your order or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date. Any changes or cancellations made after this time may incur additional fees.

6. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. While we take all necessary precautions to prevent cross-contamination, please note that our products may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, and gluten.

7. Storage and Shelf Life: Our cakes are best enjoyed fresh. We recommend storing them in the refrigerator if not consumed immediately. For optimal taste and texture, bring the cake to room temperature before serving. Please consume your cake within three days for the best experience or freeze up to two months and thaw in the fridge overnight before serving.

8. Delivery: We offer delivery services for an additional fee. Please provide accurate delivery details, including date, time, and location, to ensure a smooth delivery process. (We are also available through DoorDash and SkipTheDishes)
