How To Order Your Custom Cake/Policies:
Cake Size and Flavor: Choose the size that best suits your needs and select one flavor per tier. For single-tier cakes, only one flavor is allowed. If you’re ordering a two- or three-tier cake, you can choose different flavors for each tier.
Advance Notice: Custom cakes must be ordered at least 1 week in advance.
Rush Orders: A rush fee will apply for any requests made with less than three days' notice.
Pricing Details: The base prices listed are for standard cakes and may increase based on design requirements. Additional costs may apply for:
Extra piping: +$15 and up
Flowers: +$25 and up
Fondant work: +$40 and up (We prefer to use less fondant when possible. Feel free to provide your own flowers or toppers, which we’ll be happy to incorporate.)
Placing Your Order: To place an order, please email us at sweetsky@pinkysbakeshop.com with the following details:
Date and pick-up time
Cake size and flavor
Design and message (if applicable)
Please wait for a confirmation email to finalize your order. Due to high demands, especially on weekends, there may be times when we are fully booked.
Alternatively, you can call us to discuss your cake needs or visit the shop in person.
Deposit Policy: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your cake pre-order. If we do not receive a deposit, your order is NOT guaranteed.
Payment: The remaining balance is due upon cake pickup or delivery. We accept cash and credit/debit card payments.
Changes and Cancellations: Changes to your order or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date. Any changes or cancellations made after this time may incur additional fees.
Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. While we take all necessary precautions to prevent cross-contamination, please note that our products may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, and gluten.
Storage and Shelf Life: Our cakes are best enjoyed fresh. We recommend storing them in the refrigerator if not consumed immediately. For optimal taste and texture, bring the cake to room temperature before serving. Please consume your cake within three days for the best experience or freeze up to two months and thaw in the fridge overnight before serving.
